Registrations are Monday thru Thursday from 1:00pm to 5:00pm:

Note: All documents are to be submitted together. Incomplete packets will be NOT be accepted. 

Year 1 of Catechism & Continuing Faith Formation:  Items marked with an asterisk (*) are due at time of registration.

This is an exciting time for your child preparing for the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Each Classroom will only have (15) children with social distancing and following all protocols for a safe environment)

3. Birth Certificate*
4. $100 Tuition* 
5. Non-parishioners $100 tuition plus $20 DDF.
6. Parent Formation Sessions and Holy Hour Card*
7. Textbook
8. Parent Calendar
